Shipping Methods

The shipping cost of products is covered by the buyer.

The shipping expenses are determined by the respective partnered distribution company (courier or transport company) based on their pricing policy and are entirely borne by the buyer.

Product delivery takes place within three (3) business days, unless the destination is classified as a remote area (according to the courier or transport company).

In cases of special conditions or force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, public holidays, etc.), Angelidis Mich. & Co. bears no responsibility for any delay in product delivery.

Courier Shipping Costs

  • Attica: €4.00**
  • Mainland Greece: €7.00**
  • Islands: €7.00**
  • Cyprus: €20.90**

For cash on delivery (COD), there is an additional charge of €5.00 for all destinations.

Additional Notes:

  • If the destination is classified as inaccessible (according to the courier company), an additional charge of €5.00 applies, and delivery may be delayed by up to 3 business days.
  • The above rates apply to packages up to 2 kg.
    • For destinations in Greece, each additional kg incurs a €1.00 surcharge.
    • For Cyprus, there is an additional charge of €3.50 per 0.5 kg.
    • For products with large volume, volumetric pricing may apply.

    Returns

    • If the product is defective, the return is free of charge, and the courier company is selected by us.

    • If a product sent for defect inspection is found not to be defective, the return shipping cost to the buyer will be charged. The total cost is calculated based on the initial shipping cost paid during the purchase.
