Shipping Methods

• Shipping Costs
  The shipping cost of the products is borne by the buyer. The exact amount is determined by the respective partnering distribution company (courier or transport company) based on its price list and is fully charged to the buyer.

• Delivery Time
  Products are delivered within 3 working days, unless the area is considered remote (according to the courier/transport company).

• Force Majeure
  In the event of special circumstances and force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.), Angelidis Mich. & Co. shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the product.

• Courier Shipping Costs

  • Attica: €4.00**
  • Mainland Greece: €7.00**
  • Islands: €7.00**
  • Cyprus: €20.90**

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
  There is an additional €5.00 fee for all destinations if you choose the COD payment method.

Notes on Additional Costs:

1. If the area is considered inaccessible (according to the courier), there is an extra charge of €5.00, and delivery may be delayed by up to 3 working days.
2. The above prices apply to parcels up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1 for destinations within Greece. For destinations in Cyprus, there is a surcharge of €3.50 for every additional 0.5 kg. For products with a very large volume, a volumetric charge may also apply.

Returns

• If the product is found to be defective, the return is free of charge, and we will choose the courier.
• If the product you send back for inspection is found not to be defective, you will be charged for the shipping costs both ways. The cost is calculated based on the shipping fee you paid when you originally purchased the product
